• How long should I expect to wait for my delivery order?
When you place your order, you will be quoted an approximate time. During the weekday your order should take from 60 to 90min, while on the weekends it could take 2 hours or more.


• Why does it take so long?
Not only do we offer delivery, we also have pick up orders and dining room meals to prepare. On a busy weekend our dining room may have up to 250 guests waiting for their meals all coming out one kitchen.


• Will my meal be “hot” if I wait 2 hours for it?
We try our very best to package your food in our heat retaining containers and our drivers try their best to get it to your home as quickly as possible but please keep in mind the distance from your home to the restaurant and weather conditions. Please also note that certain items will not retain heat as well as others for example deep fried items vs. stir fried items.


• How much do I have to order before you will deliver?
We will deliver on orders starting at $30.00 and up within the downtown area. Once you are out of the downtown core we ask for a minimum delivery that could range from $40.00 to $100.00. We sometimes make exceptions if there is more than one order in the area – so please call and ask for details.


• How long should I expect to wait to pick up an order?
Any time your place a pick up order an approximate time will be quoted. On average we take 2 to 3 pickup orders every 15min, therefore if the time slot is full you will have to wait until the next available time slot. On a busy weekend you could wait up to 90min for pick up order.


• If I place my order the day before – can you guarantee that it will be on time?
We will try our best to get your order in the time slot that you had requested. However, please keep in mind that your order is cooked right before it leaves the restaurant to ensure that it is hot making it difficult to guarantee an exact time. We do appreciate your efforts in placing your order ahead of time and will give you first priority.


• Do you offer delivery for large groups?
We do offer delivery for large groups, please call the restaurant directly for more information.


• I need to order food for 15 people, how much should I order?
It is best to average approximately one dish per person, keep in mind that each dish is portioned for about 4 people. Please call the restaurant and we will be happy to help you place an appropriate size order for your party.


• How much should I tip on a delivery order?
Our drivers make a living based on tips so any amount is always appreciated.

• Do you take reservations?
We highly recommend reservations on the weekends. Please make your reservations at least one day before you plan on coming in. If you do not have reservations we will try our best to get you a table – the approximate wait time is 30min depending on the size of your group.


• I made a reservation and now need to increase/decrease the number of guests?
It is very important to call the restaurant when your numbers change on a reservation. We hold tables specifically for the number of people on the reservation. By confirming the number of guest in your party, it helps the dining room flow better and allows us to accommodate other guests that may be waiting for a table.


• Will you hold a table for me if I am running late and have a reservation?
We will hold your table for you for approximately 20 min, if you are running late please call.


• How long should I allow for my meal?
Please allow approximately 2 hours for your meal on Fridays to Sundays. Depending on how busy we are on during the week it could be between 60 min to 90min for you to complete your meal.


• When I make a reservation, can I also request my favorite table?
We will try our best to seat you at your favorite table; however it is not guaranteed and will be based on how busy we are.


• I am looking to hold a party for 50 guests; can I have the banquet room private?
Our banquet room can hold up to 90 guests therefore will not be private on the weekends unless you have 90 confirmed guests. During the week days there is a better chance of booking the room for a private function, best to call the restaurant to get more information.


• Do you have vegetarian dishes?
We have a wonderful selection of vegetarian dishes - if you need vegan dishes please specify as many of our dishes are cooked with chicken broth.


• I am allergic to flour; can you make me a gluten free meal?
Yes, many of our dishes are made without flour or soy products. Please let your server know that you are on a gluten free diet and he will inform the kitchen.
