RESTAURANT HOURS

Dear Customers,

Starting May 2009, The Lingnan will be closed every Tuesday. As a family we have made the decision to close for a few reasons:

1. As you have already noticed since the airing of our television show, our business has gained momentum. This has forced our family and staff to work longer and longer hours. The family feels, in order to keep our quality and service at a high level, it is necessary to have one day off per week. This will provide us with more energy to serve our customers better.

2. The Lingnan participated in The Taste of Edmonton last year and had great fun and successes. In order to participate again we needed time to prepare. We will be using Tuesdays to prepare for event but not serving customers. We hope to have your support and to see you all there.

3. Finally, the Lingnan is planning a few minor ‘behind the scenes' renovations.
